Promotions:

If for whatever reason our web site allows two forms of discounts to be processed on the same order, you the customer, gives us the right without any notification to correct this problem. From the two discounts you will receive the better applicable discount. 

All online deals / daily deals / tiered pricing / promotional codes cannot be combined or credited to / with invoiced, shipped, completed or previous orders.

All promotional codes and discounts are not applicable to shipping costs.

Any form of “Free upgraded shipping” applies to the Continental USA ONLY.

Rewards Program:

Stock:

Due to the fact that some of the merchandise is seasonal, actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. Our real inventory is not synced with our online store so items may not be available at the time of purchase. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you via email or phone.

All orders must have a valid phone number and e-mail address in order to be processed. Completed orders are shipped within 1 - 72 business hours.

Backorders:

If an item is not available you will be notified by E-mail or phone and will have 3 options
1) Keep it on backorder.
2) Substitute for another item.
3) Take it off the order.

E-mails or Messages that go unanswered will be taken as if they should be kept on backorder and will be held up to 30 days and then canceled, unless specified otherwise. If an order will be split in to multiple shipments due to a portion of it being on backorder, and Priority or UPS was chosen as the shipping method. You will be charged only once and should appear on the first invoice. Once any item of the order is shipped there are no refunds for the shipping charges.

Sizing:

If an item does not specify what gender it is for, then it’s ladies or children’s. All of the men’s items are under “MEN’S” on the category list only.

Regular purchasing:

Some items are sold in specific quantities, as stated on its individual web page. If the sequence amount is changed, it will be rounded up and you will be charged without being notified.

If you are looking for a specification please E-mail or call us at our toll free number and ask for assistance. Be aware that labeling and packaging can change seasonally. Custom made items including broadery, letters or of the same nature are not returnable.

Shipping time:

National:

US Mail - Can take 1 - 14 business days.

Priority Mail – Can take 1 - 5 business days.

UPS / FED EX Can take 1 - 7 business days. (UPS / FED EX cannot be chosen for a shipment going to a PO Box.)

International:

US Mail can take anywhere from 5 - 27 business days depending on customs and holidays.

Shipping times:

Completed orders are generally shipped out 2:00pm Mon - Thurs, Fri by 12:00pm. Orders that come in after these times will be considered like they came in on the following day, and will be shipped out accordingly. (Sometimes we will have a second pick up and your order may be shipped out even after the times stated above.)

Once your order is shipped, you will be E-mailed a conformation and tracking number through one of the following carriers, STAMPS.com, USPS.com, UPS.com, FED-EX.com or Streamliteinc.com (Please be aware that it may turn up as spam.) Once you receive an invoice number it is too late to change the order and will be considered as shipped, and must go through the return process.

Due to fraud, orders going to a PO Box may be held up to 48 hours before being shipped.

If a customer places two or more orders that are going to the same person and destination, while they are both still in the “process” stage. We will ship them in one package as oppose to each one individually unless otherwise indicated.

Packaging due to rising shipping costs:

 

In order to keep our convenient free shipping, multiple items may be packaged loosely or in one items original casing.
Larger orders may ship in separate lighter weight shipments to keep cost as low as possible.

Splitting orders:
An order cannot be split, in order to go to two different shipping locations. For delivery to multiple destinations, orders must be placed separately.

Orders shipped to a third party:

If you ship your order to any type of third party, (example: any shipping centers like UPS, Fed Ex, hotels or any C/O third party etc.) we are not responsible for any packages/items that are missing or damaged once they/the third party has accepted it. We will not exchange or refund the order/items.

PayPal:

Orders paid through PayPal cannot be changed or edited on our side. If a customer wants to change or edit one's order, it must be resubmitted and the original one will be canceled.

Packages that are requested to “leave at front door” or “no signature required”:

Regarding orders where customers ask us for packages to be left at the door or on the porch if nobody is home. This will be up to the delivery person, to decide if “to” or “not to” leave due to responsibility issues. In a case where a customer asked to leave it at the door or on the porch and it was indeed left there. We are not responsible to replace the order if anything should happen to it. It is the customers Responsibility to deal with the shipping carrier on left packages when they had authorization to do so.

Taxes:

In the state of NY all taxes are applied accordingly. When shipping out of the NY state, all taxes and duties are the buyer’s responsibility.

Gift Cards:

In order to use a gift card, insert the 16-digit number (located on the lower back corner of your card) in the comments box upon check out. Your first invoice will not show the credited amount. The credit will only be applied on your final invoice, which you will receive, when you get your package. A valid credit card must be accompanied with the order so that if there were to be a remaining balance it can be applied accordingly.

Return Policy for Internet and Phone orders:

In order to return, you must get a phone or E-mail authorization.

We are not responsible for any return shipping charges unless damaged upon opening and with an authorization.

All unopened items (excluding *special orders) have a 14 day conditional money back guarantee*, from the invoice date.

All opened items are none refundable, unless found to be defective upon opening. If so, (with an authorization) please ship them back to: Legaacy (defective) 1210 Avenue J Brooklyn, NY 11230. We are not responsible for return shipping unless defective upon opening.

Orders cannot be canceled once an invoice has been generated.

We do not take any reponsability on creased, bent or ripped packaging. As long as the item that they contain looks like new and in tact.

There are no returns or exchanges on all open items such as hair accessories, wigs, watches, jewelry, snoods, clothing or any related items once the approaching holiday begins.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred when sending back any items. We recommend adding delivery confirmation and/or signature confirmation to all return packages as Legaacy.com is not responsible for any packages lost in the mail stream. It is the customer's responsibility to research any lost package shipped back to Legaacy.com that may have been lost in the process of return.

Items Excluded From Returning or Exchanging

Panties, Bras, Leotards or Stockings that have been tried (Please note, due to federal laws and for the health of our customers and staff, we are unable to issue refunds on panties or stockings that have been tried on.)

 

Items with tags removed.

 

Must be free of human & animal hair.

 

Items that have stains.

 

Items not returned in original packaging or in some way that it cannot be resold.

*Service fee (conditional money back):

All returns and exchanges will be charged a service fee of $4.95. If the original shipping has been paid by the customer. Or the items are exchanged at any of our locations the fee will be waived.

Any shipped orders that come back to us because of being denied, sent back due to nobody being at the ship too location, supplying us with the wrong address, or unclaimed at the post office will also be subject to a $4.95 fee. We are not responsible for packages that are unclaimed after 30 days after returning to us due to any of the above restocking fee claims. All Shipping fees and return shipping fees are not refundable. There is no fee for orders that are picked up from our store. Orders $100.00 and above are subject to a 20% restocking fee on the returned merchandise.
